The quickest way to find out whether organic growth fits your trades business is a short conversation. Call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Messages are answered during business hours, Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. There is no form to fill in and no chat bot; a real person reads every message.
What happens next
You reach out
Call, text or email with a line about your business.
We reply
Usually within one business day, on the channel you chose.
You talk to a senior strategist
A focused conversation about your goals, market and numbers.
Three ways to reach us
Call (604) 632-4959. Best when you want to talk through your situation now. If we are with another client, leave a short message with your name, trade and town, and we will call back.
Text (604) 632-4959. Best when you are on a roof, under a sink or in the truck between jobs. Send a few lines and we will reply by text or arrange a call at a time that suits you.
Email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Best when you want to send links, screenshots or numbers. Email also gives you a written record of what we suggest.
All three channels land in the same place. Whichever you choose, you will deal with a senior strategist, not a call centre.
What to include in your message
A few details let us give you a useful answer on the first reply instead of a list of questions. Copy this template and fill in what you can:
- Business name: [Business name]
- Trade: [Your trade, e.g. plumbing, roofing, landscaping]
- Town or city you work from: [City]
- Other areas you serve: [Towns within your usual drive time]
- Website: [Website address, or "none yet"]
- Jobs you want more of: [Two or three job types]
- Rough monthly calls now: [Number, or "not sure"]
- Typical job value: [Range]
- Running ads now? [Yes or no, and roughly what you spend]
- Best time to reach you: [Day and time]
A sample text might read: "Hi, this is [Name] from [Business name] in [City]. We do [trade] and want more [job type] work without ads. Our site is [website]. Best time to call is [time]."
Do not worry if you do not know some answers. "Not sure" is a perfectly good answer, and working it out is part of what we do.
What happens next
- We reply, usually within one business day, to set up the free 30-minute consultation.
- We look before we talk. Ahead of the call, we check your Google Business Profile, your website and the businesses beside you in the map results for one or two of your main searches.
- We tell you what we found, in plain language: what is working, what is holding you back, and whether organic growth is realistic for your market and timeline. If a plan is a good fit, we explain which one and why, with prices from the pricing page.
You are under no obligation after the call. Many owners take the findings and fix the first few problems themselves, which is fine with us.
If a past agency still holds your accounts
Say so in your first message. Many owners reach us after an earlier provider kept control of the Google Business Profile, the domain or the website login. Tell us which accounts you cannot reach and who set them up, and we will explain the usual recovery route before anything else is planned.
Before you get in touch
If you would like to understand the approach first, these pages help:
- the services overview, which explains the four parts of the work
- the results from our HVAC work, with links to the live sites
- the FAQ, covering contracts, ownership and timelines
- the guides, which teach the core techniques in detail
About this business
Trade.Organic is a digital marketing and business consulting service for trades businesses across Canada, part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies and headquartered in Vancouver, BC. None of our work happens on a job site: we are not a contractor, and every install, repair and service call stays with you. Ali Sedighi, MBA, leads the work.
Frequently asked questions
Is the first conversation really free?
Yes. Eligible trades businesses pay nothing for the first 30-minute consultation and owe us nothing afterwards. It is a working conversation about your market, not a sales pitch.
Should I call, text or email?
Whichever suits you. Text is handy if you are on a job site; email is better if you want to send links and numbers; a call is quickest if you want to talk it through now.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Not much. Your website address, the towns you serve and the jobs you want more of are enough to start. Rough call numbers and job values help us give a sharper answer.
Will you share my details with anyone?
No. We use your details only to reply to you, and we only send messages to people who contacted us first.
