Organic SEO services for trades

We offer four services that work together: map visibility, service and town pages, project stories, and a review system. Most trades start with the map profile and reviews, then build pages and content on top.

Organic growth for a trades business rests on four things: a Google Business Profile that ranks in the map results, website pages that match the jobs people search for, content that answers their questions, and a steady supply of fresh reviews. We sell them as separate services because every business starts from a different gap, but they reinforce each other, and the strongest gains usually arrive once all four are running.

  • Map visibility and Google Business Profile

A profile Google can trust and customers can judge in ten seconds, so you appear in the map results for the towns you really serve.

  • Service and town pages

One honest, specific page for each job you want more of and each area you cover, built so search engines and buyers both understand it.

  • Project stories and answer content

Finished jobs and real customer questions turned into pages that keep pulling in searchers long after the work is done.

  • Review earning system

A steady, policy-safe habit of asking every customer for a Google review, and answering each one well.

How to choose where to start

Start with the weakest link that customers see first. For most trades, that order is profile, reviews, pages, then content.

A quick way to decide:

If this is true Start with
You rarely appear in the map results for your main job in your home town Map visibility
You appear, but competitors beside you have far more recent reviews Review earning system
Your website has one "Services" page listing everything Service and town pages
Your profile and pages are solid but traffic has plateaued Project stories and answer content

If two rows apply, fix the profile and reviews first. They influence every local search, while a single page only affects the searches it targets.

Map visibility and Google Business Profile

This is the listing that appears with the map when someone searches for a trade nearby. We clean up the profile so it follows Google's guidelines, pick the most specific categories, set a realistic service area, add real job photos and products, and keep it active with posts.

It suits almost every trade, and it is the first thing we review in any engagement. Read the full map visibility service page.

Service and town pages

These are the pages on your own website that rank in the regular results under the map. One page per job type you want more of, such as "panel upgrade", "flat roof repair" or "interlock driveway", and one page per area you genuinely serve, each written for that place.

This service matters most for trades with several distinct, valuable job types and for businesses covering more than one town. See service and town pages.

Project stories and answer content

Each finished job is a potential page: what the problem was, what you did, what it cost in rough terms and what the customer should know. Add pages answering the questions customers ask on every quote, and you have content that ranks for the long, specific searches ads often ignore.

This works especially well for project trades such as renovators, landscapers, painters and roofers, whose customers research for weeks before they call. See project stories and answer content.

Review earning system

Reviews affect where you rank and whether a customer calls once they see you. We set up a simple routine: who asks, when, with what message, and how every review gets a reply. It follows Google's rules, so there are no incentives and no filtering out unhappy customers.

Every trade needs this, and it costs little to run once the habit is in place. See the review earning system.

How the four services work together

Think of them as a loop. Reviews strengthen the profile, so you appear more often in the map results. Customers who click through land on a specific service or town page. Those pages link to project stories that prove you have done the job before. Each finished job then produces a new story and a new review request, and the loop turns again. Skipping one part slows the whole loop, which is why we plan all four even when we build them one at a time.

What we do not offer here

Trade.Organic does not run Google Ads, Meta ads or Local Services Ads, and we do not install, repair or service anything for your customers. We are a marketing and consulting service. If you want to compare the cost of organic work with paid options, the pricing page explains our plans, and the guides cover the organic method in detail.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need all four services?

Not at once. A business with a weak profile and few reviews should fix those first, because they affect every search. Pages and content come next, once customers who find you are likely to trust what they see.

Which service brings calls fastest?

Usually the map profile. Correcting categories, the service area and photos can change what customers see within a few weeks. Pages and content take longer to rank but tend to produce the steadier long-term gains.

Can you work with my existing website?

Usually, yes. We audit it first. If it is fast enough, secure and lets us add pages cleanly, we build on it. If it fights us at every step, we will tell you plainly and explain the options.

Do your services include paid ads?

No. This site is about organic growth only. If you need ads for a short period, our parent brand Trades.Agency can discuss them separately.
