Trade.Organic exists for one kind of owner: the plumber, electrician, roofer, landscaper or painter who is tired of paying for every click and wants customers to find the business on their own. We build the visibility that does that, using local SEO, useful content and genuine reviews, and we stay honest about how long it takes.
The company
Trade.Organic is a Canadian digital marketing and business consulting service for trades and home-service businesses. It belongs to the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, serving clients in every province and territory.
The group has two halves:
- Sedighi.ca is Ali Sedighi's growth, marketing and technology consulting company. Trades.Agency, HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca all operate under it.
- SAZ.ca (Strategy & Acceleration Zone) is a Canadian consulting firm in the same group whose work centres on strategy, AI and revenue acceleration. Ali Sedighi founded it and serves as Founder & Managing Partner, and Sedighi.ca provides its strategic leadership.
Trade.Organic sits under Trades.Agency, the group's trades marketing brand, and focuses only on organic growth. Paid advertising is handled elsewhere in the group if a client ever needs it.
To be plain about it: nobody here climbs ladders, pulls wire or opens a drain. We are not a contractor; we market and advise the businesses whose crews do that work.
Ali Sedighi, MBA
Ali Sedighi leads Trade.Organic. His degree is an MBA in Technology Management. His digital marketing career runs back more than 17 years, to 2007, the year he founded ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency.
He now lives and works in Vancouver, British Columbia. Along the way he founded Conv.ca, a conversion-rate optimisation agency, and MyAutomation.ca, and he is Founder & Managing Partner of SAZ.ca. He has worked with clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai.
Much of his trades experience comes from heating and cooling: he has built more than 150 live HVAC websites, including Roma Heating & Cooling, HeatLand and CombiBoiler.ca. The results page explains what those projects achieved and which lessons apply to other trades.
How we work
We work in a fixed order, because organic growth rewards patience and punishes shortcuts.
- Listen first. We learn which jobs you want more of, where your crews can reach, and what a good customer looks like.
- Audit what exists. Your profile, website, reviews and competitors, at several points across your service area.
- Fix the foundations. Profile accuracy, duplicate listings, page structure, speed and tracking.
- Build steadily. Pages, project stories and reviews every month, not in bursts.
- Report plainly. Calls, rankings, reviews and what we plan next, in language you can read in five minutes.
You own everything we build: the website content, the Google Business Profile, the Search Console account and the tracking. If you leave, it all stays with you.
What we believe about organic growth
- Specific beats clever. A page that explains exactly how you replace a cast-iron stack will outperform a witty slogan.
- Real proof beats volume. Ten genuine project stories are worth more than a hundred generic posts.
- Rules matter. Google's guidelines, provincial licensing and Canada's anti-spam law shape what we publish. We link to the regulators on each region page and never offer compliance advice.
- No promises we cannot keep. Nobody controls Google's rankings. We commit to the work and to honest reporting.
Why a separate brand for organic work
Most agencies sell organic search as an add-on to advertising, which means it gets whatever attention is left after the ad campaigns are fed. We split it out on purpose. Trade.Organic measures itself only on what you earn without paying per click: map visibility, rankings, content traffic and reviews.
That focus changes the advice. We have no incentive to recommend a bigger ad budget, and every hour of work goes into assets you keep. It also means we will say so when organic work is the wrong fit, for example when a brand-new business needs calls within the month.

Frequently asked questions
Who owns Trade.Organic?
Trade.Organic is a brand within the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies. Sedighi.ca is Ali Sedighi's growth, marketing and technology consulting company, and its trades brand is Trades.Agency, which is the parent of this site.
Where are you based?
Our headquarters is in Vancouver, British Columbia. We work with trades businesses across Canada and meet by video call or in person, as well as by phone, text and email.
Do you do any of the trade work yourselves?
No. We are a digital marketing and business consulting service. We do not install, repair or service anything, and we do not take jobs from the businesses we work for.
Why are your case studies all HVAC?
Because that is where Ali Sedighi has built the most websites, more than 150 of them. We present them as results from our HVAC work and never as results for other trades. The method transfers; the numbers belong to those clients.
